黄河三角洲上,一座年轻的城市——东营市正在迅速崛起。东营市内控黄河、外濒渤海,是适应胜利油田和黄河三角洲开发建设需要,经国务院批准成立的山东省省辖市。全市辖东营、河口两区和广饶、利津、垦利三县,总面积8053平方公里,人口162万。东营市作为黄河的入海口城市和黄河三角洲的主体,正处在环渤海经济圈与黄河经济带的交汇点。全面实施黄河三角洲开发这一跨世纪工程,对于尽快形成中国新的经济增长热点,重振黄河流域经济的雄风,推动环渤海地区经济的发展,必将产生深远的历史影响。最近,记者采访了东营市市长张庆黎。
On the Yellow River Delta, a young city - Dongying is rapidly emerging.
