乡镇党委是党联系群众的重要基层组织,直接决定着党的方针政策在广大农村的贯彻落实。换届后,乡镇领导班子精神状态是不是更加饱满?战斗力是不是增强了?工作落实的力度是不是加大了?为此,我们对全县13个乡镇换届后领导班子建设情况进行了集中调研,对存在的突出问题进行了归纳思考,并提出了加强和改进的对策和建议。
