研究、实践养生之道是现代生活很多老年人热衷的事情,人们甚至把养生作为晚年生活中的主要内容。是的,现在生活这么好,谁不想健健康康地多活些年呢?其实,养生之道最重要的根本是养心,心情好了,身体也就随之健康起来了。退休后,我“发明”了一种廉价的“养心疗法”:读书。我年轻时就喜欢读书,买书、藏书、读书成为我在职时工余生活的主要内容。多年来,家中的书房不断充实,现在藏书已经达到3万多册。这样的藏书量对我来说,绝对是“汗牛充栋”“价值连城”了。
