从机械性能和热态性能方面对比了顶装焦与捣固焦的主要性能差异,并从成分和结构两方面分析了造成这些差异的原因。分析发现,顶装焦的机械性能和热态性能均优于捣固焦;两种焦炭在成分和结构上均存在差异,这些差异是导致其性能差异的原因。捣固焦相对于顶装焦灰分较高、灰分中碱性氧化物高、裂纹多、气孔多、气孔壁薄、各向同性多,这些是导致其机械性能和热态性能低于顶装焦的主要原因。
The main performance differences between top coke and tamping coke were compared in terms of mechanical properties and thermal properties.
