为了进一步促进中小学学校建设和学生发展,建立合理的学校开放共享机制,从中小学校园开放的实际情况出发,分析了当前校园开放所面临的困境,结合国内外校园开放管理情况和经验,提出实行有序开放、健全管理体制、明确岗位职责、完善保障机制和建立考核制度等合理、可行的建议和管理思路。
