近年来,我们烟台市认真贯彻邓小平同志关于“科学技术是第一生产力”的重要思想,大力实施“科教兴市”战略,逐步把经济建设转到依靠科技进步和提高劳动者素质的轨道上来,推动了全市经济的快速、健康发展和社会的全面进步。1990年以来,全市实施国家级各类科技发展计划课题310项,开发国家级新产品200多项,有33项科技成果获国家科技奖励;科技成果转化率达到52％,专利技术实施率达到68％,科技开发和成果转化取得了显著成效。1994年,全市工农业总产值达到1154.7亿元(不变价),“八五”以来年均递增38.9％,国内生产总值达到458亿
