基于TAM及TTF模型构建一个学术信息搜索系统使用及绩效评价模型,并采用问卷调查和结构方程建模,以中国知网(CNKI)跨库检索系统、谷歌学术为研究对象进行实证研究,以探寻用户数字学术资源搜索行为及其对绩效的影响。研究发现,任务-技术适配与绩效期望之间存在显著的相关关系,使用与绩效之间没有显著的相关性。此外,任务-技术适配对用户感知易用性及感知有用性均存在着正向影响,而感知易用性及感知有用性直接影响着用户对于数字学术资源搜索系统的使用。
Based on the TAM and TTF models, an academic information search system and performance evaluation model are constructed. Employing questionnaires and structural equation modeling, an empirical study is conducted with CNKI cross-database retrieval system and Google Scholar. User Digital Academic Resource Search Behavior and Its Impact on Performance. The study found that there was a significant correlation between task-technology adaptation and performance expectations, and there was no significant correlation between use and performance. In addition, task-technology adaptation has a positive impact on user perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness, and perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness have a direct impact on the user’s use of the digital academic resource search system.
