目的了解少数民族边远地区医学院校大学生的心理安全感现状,为帮助少数民族边远地区医学生培养心理安全感提供参考依据。方法使用安全感量表,对分层随机抽取的少数民族边远地区右江民族医学院1 150名在校生进行问卷调查。结果不同性别学生确定控制感维度得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);汉族、壮族和其他民族医学生确定控制感和人际安全感以及安全感总分差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.05);临床专业、护理专业和其他专业医学生确定控制感、人际安全感、安全感总分差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.05);城镇生源与农村生源医学生确定控制感维度得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论少数民族边远地区医学生心理安全感处于中等偏上水平。对不同民族和不同专业的学生要根据其特点和存在的问题,针对性地开展心理健康教育工作。
Objective To understand the psychological safety status of undergraduates from medical schools in remote areas of minority nationalities and to provide reference for helping medical students in remote areas of ethnic minorities to cultivate psychological security. Methods A total of 1 150 students from Youjiang Medical College were enrolled in this study. Results There were significant differences in scores of control dimensions among different sexes (P <0.05). Han, Zhuang and other ethnic medical students had statistically significant differences in control sense, interpersonal security and total score of security <0.05). There were significant differences in the scores of control, interpersonal safety and safety between clinical major, nursing major and other medical students (P <0.05), and the control of urban students and rural students There were significant differences in dimension scores (P <0.05). Conclusions The psychosocial safety of medical students in remote areas of ethnic minorities is above average level. Students of different nationalities and different majors should conduct psychological health education in a targeted manner according to their characteristics and existing problems.
