向MDI型PU中添加偶联剂γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷(KH-550)处理的纳米ZnO进行共混改性,并利用加速老化试验测试其抗UV光老化性能。粒度分析、TGA、TEM等表明,KH-550有效提高了纳米ZnO的分散性能。SEM表明,经改性后的纳米粒子在PU膜中的分散性能比未改性纳米粒子明显提高。色差、力学性能、DSC等表明,PU/ZnO纳米复合材料受UV光照射72h后,颜色变化减少,链段降解程度降低,力学性能保持率提高。但ATR-FT-IR表明UV光老化后,PU/ZnO纳米复合材料表面的基团变化与PU表面的基团变化一致。
The nano-ZnO with the coupling agent γ-aminopropyltriethoxysilane (KH-550) added to the MDI PU was blended and modified, and its anti-UV photo-aging property was tested by accelerated aging test. Particle size analysis, TGA, TEM, etc. showed that KH-550 effectively enhanced the dispersion properties of nano-ZnO. SEM showed that the modified nano-particles dispersed in the PU film than unmodified nanoparticles significantly improved. The results of color difference, mechanical property and DSC show that the color change of PU / ZnO nanocomposite decreases with the irradiation of UV light, the degradation degree of segment decreases and the retention of mechanical properties improves. However, ATR-FT-IR shows that the change of groups on the surface of PU / ZnO nanocomposites after UV photo-aging is the same as the change of groups on the surface of PU.
