Since the reform of the CET-4 and CET-6 exams in 2006, due to the adoption of the normal score system, a great deal of information can be found in the scores of students after each exam, which can be true , Which objectively reflects the students’ true English proficiency and at the same time becomes the dynamic basis for decision-making by administrative departments at all levels. In particular, the anti-pull effect caused by the reform in listening comprehension has greatly mobilized the vast majority of teachers and students to independently learn English Positivity. However, the content and form of the new test also bring a lot of negative effects. In this paper, we focus on analyzing the counter-pull effect of hearing reform from both positive and negative aspects, and hope it can give some references to English listening participants.
