为探求导纳法测定正常人心输出量的正常值,应用恒压式导纳图仪结合颈动脉搏动图对600名健康成人的心输出量进行测定,结果表明:本法测量心输出量在理论上及技术上均比心阻抗微分图更具优越性,测定所得值更符合公认的正常生理数据;结合颈动脉搏动图测量射血时间(T)值,可克服阻抗法在测量中因不能准确判定b点及x点所致的误差。
