目的:对危重症病人实施早期肠内营养支持的临床效果进行分析。方法在我院2012年1月-2014年1月实施治疗的48例重症脑梗死为例,将其分成两组,两组患者在治疗的同时,给予不同时期肠内营养支持,对比分析其临床效果。结果观察组患者治疗后的血清蛋白、TSF、MAMC以及胃肠功能明显优于对照组,差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对重症脑梗死患者实施早期肠内营养支持,有助于对患者的营养状况进行有效改善,同时促进患者胃肠功能的恢复,值得推广。“,”Objective To analyze the clinical effect of early enteral nutrition support in critical y il patients.
