Fifteen Years of Endeavor to Develop, the 15 Years since Reform and Opening up ──Reviewing the Achievements Made in 15 Years of Reform and Development of Beijing Water Conservancy Jiang Weifan Over the past 15 years, guided by the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 11th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China The focus of its work has shifted to economic construction, adhering to the four cardinal principles and upholding the 15 years of reform and opening up.
