天津市自1995年开始试用甲型肝炎（甲肝）灭活疫苗。本次观察的甲肝疫苗由史克必成公司生产（批号VHA496A4／01，生产日期1997年4月，失效期1999年11月），每个免疫剂量0．5ml，含720个酶标单位的甲肝病毒，按0、6个月程序肌内注射2针。共接种82名4～6岁抗-HAVIgG（-）的健康儿
Tianjin since 1995 trial of hepatitis A (hepatitis A) inactivated vaccine. The hepatitis A vaccine observed by this company was produced by Schneider Electric (batch number VHA496A4 / 01, the production date of April 1997, expired in November 1999), each immunization dose of 0.5ml, containing 720 enzyme units of hepatitis A Virus, intramuscular injection of 2 needles according to 0,6 months program. In total, 82 healthy children aged 4 to 6 years old with anti-HAVIgG (-) were inoculated
