大功率V带试验台,是根据机械封闭力流原理而设计的。本文论述了V带试验台的传动特性、结构特点和封闭原理,着重叙述了利用微型计算机自动控制实现自动加载、卸载、数据采集、数据处理等的设计原理和方法。经过三年多的运转和测试结果证明,本试验台设计合理,性能可靠,结构先进,具有一定的实用价值和推广价值。
High-power V-belt test bench, is based on the principles of mechanical closure force flow design. In this paper, the transmission characteristics, structural characteristics and sealing principle of the V-belt test bed are discussed. The design principle and method of automatically loading, unloading, data acquisition and data processing by using the microcomputer automatic control are emphatically described. After more than three years of operation and test results show that the test bed design is reasonable, reliable performance, advanced structure, has a certain practical value and promotion value.
