[Objective] To explore the extraction technology of puerarin from RADIX PUERARIAE by ultrasonic and microwave assisted extraction(UMAE),so as to provide new strategies for its industrialize production.[Method] Taking extraction rate of puerarin as index,effects of microwave power,extraction time,ethanol concentration,solid-liquid ratio and soak time on the extraction of puerarin were investigated by singer-factor experiments and L9(33) orthogonal test.[Result] The optimum extraction technology of puerarin from RADIX PUERARIAE by UMAE were:microwave power of 250 W,extraction time of 25 s,ethanol concentration of 50%,solid-liquid ratio of 1:20 and soak time of 30 min.Under above conditions,the extraction rate of puerarin was up to 0.637 6%.[Conclusion] The extraction technology of puerarin from RADIX PUERARIAE by UMAE took advantages of high efficiency,saving time,saving solvent,saving energy,less pollution,etc. [Objective] To explore the extraction technology of puerarin from RADIX PUERARIAE by ultrasonic and microwave assisted extraction (UMAE), so as to provide new strategies for its industrialize production.
