作为资本与技术密集型产业,汽车产业是中国的新兴产业,对促进区域产业升级、经济发展与升级、城市网络更新等具有重要战略意义。60年中国汽车产业发展历程表明,中国汽车产业从无到有到发展壮大,经历了从分散、集中、整合组团的不同发展业态阶段,对中国区域经济增长和产业转型升级起到直接推进作用。在汽车产业发展与演化进程中,技术关联与机械工业引导、政策与制度、外商投资、知识创新等对中国汽车产业的发展与演化产生了显著性的驱动影响,多区域协作与生产网络嵌入对汽车产业的持续发展与演化起到了重要推进作用。本文基于演化经济地理学与生产网络理论,利用长三角汽车产业发展宏观数据与调查数据,分析长三角汽车产业的发展与演化:一是从演化的视角解释长三角地区汽车产业持续发展与演化的机理与影响因素;二是从生产网络视角分析长三角汽车产业生产网络的形成与发展,解释了长三角地区零部件生产网络、研发网络、零部件产业与机械工业的同区位性的空间分布格局;三是从密集性、延展性、接近性与溢出性四方面分析了长三角汽车产业生产网络特征与政策作用下的汽车产业发展路径。
As a capital-intensive and technology-intensive industry, the automobile industry is an emerging industry in China and has an important strategic significance for promoting regional industrial upgrading, economic development and upgrading, and upgrading of urban networks. The 60-year history of China’s automobile industry shows that the automobile industry in China has grown from scratch to an experienced phase of diversified, centralized and integrated group formation and has played a direct role in promoting China’s regional economic growth and industrial restructuring and upgrading. In the course of the development and evolution of the automotive industry, technology-related and mechanical industry guidance, policies and systems, foreign investment and knowledge innovation have had a significant driving effect on the development and evolution of China’s automobile industry. Multi-regional collaboration and production network embedding The continuous development and evolution of the automobile industry has played an important role in promoting. Based on the theory of evolutionary geography and production network, this paper analyzes the development and evolution of the automobile industry in the Yangtze River Delta by using macro data and survey data from the development of the automobile industry in the Yangtze River Delta. The first part is to explain the sustainable development and evolution of the automobile industry in the Yangtze River Delta from an evolutionary perspective Mechanism and influencing factors; second, analyze the formation and development of production network of automobile industry in the Yangtze River Delta from the perspective of production network; explain the spatial distribution pattern of the same location in parts production network, R & D network, parts industry and machinery industry in the Yangtze River Delta Thirdly, this paper analyzes the development path of automobile industry under the function and policy of production network of automobile industry in Yangtze River Delta from four aspects: intensiveness, scalability, proximity and spillover.
