由西安市科委1981年下达给西安市建筑设计院的重大科研项目——“粉煤灰在建筑地基中的应用”已经该院试验研究成功,于84年6月14~16日在西安市通过技术鉴定,该项课题的目的是利用电厂废渣粉煤灰处理杂填土和浅层软弱土地基,寻求比灰土桩复合地基和混凝土灌注短桩复合地基技术效果好、造价低廉,并能大量利用粉煤灰的新途径。鉴定会由西安市科委、西安市城乡建设委员会联合召开。参加会议的有曾国熙教授、顾安全副教授等48人。会议由浙江大学曾国熙教授任主任委员,陕西省城乡建设环境保护厅王继唐高级工程师、西安冶金
A major scientific research project issued by the Xi’an Science and Technology Commission in 1981 to the Xi’an Architectural Design Institute, “Application of fly ash in building foundations” has been successfully tested by the institute and was completed in Xi’an on June 14 to June 84, 1984. Through technical appraisal, the purpose of the project is to use power plant fly ash to treat miscellaneous fill and shallow soft ground, and to seek a better technical effect, lower cost, and a higher amount of energy than the composite foundation of lime-soil piles and concrete-filled short piles.
