一、前言漏失层孔隙或裂隙的大小和堵漏剂粒度构成是封闭漏失层的基本因素。研究中,用已知孔隙或裂隙大小的漏失层模型、变化堵漏剂粒度构成,求出堵漏效果最佳的粒度构成,并使用此最佳粒度构成的堵漏剂测定压力、泥浆粘度对封闭漏失层的影响。本文介绍利用循环添加堵漏剂的混合泥浆封闭高渗透性漏失层的效果。二、实验方法 1.实验装置漏失实验装置略图见图1。它由泥浆循环装置、循环压力升压装置、钻井模型、漏失层模型和计测装置组成。实验装置的设计耐压为20公斤/厘米~2。
