随着世界能源日益紧张,我国在战略石油储备上投入增加,国内涌现一批十万立方、十六万立方大型常压储罐工程,因采用自动焊接工艺,施工速度很快,给射线检测带来很大压力。为保证工程检测进度,通过资料查阅,多方调研制,制作出五机联合拍照架,此联拍架结构简单,可靠性高,成本较低,有很强的现场实用性。从多个工程实际应用上看,该方法大大提高了工程射线检测效率,底片质量也符合相关标准要求。
