平息首都反革命暴乱的过程中,戒严部队官兵用鲜血和生命唤醒了人们趋于淡薄的国防观念,亡党亡国的现实危机,使人民深切体会到了“无军不稳”的底蕴,看到了保持部队稳定,强化军队力量的极端重要性。那么,在新形势下如何保持部队高度稳定,我们感到当前根本的问题是要改革干部政策,下面结合部队工作的实践从三方面作一些探讨。
