岳阳是湖南唯一的临江港口城市。地处一江(长江)、四水(湘、资、沅、澧)、两线(京广线、107国道线)、三省(湘、鄂、赣)的多元交汇点上,凭借这优越的地理条件,方便的交通,丰富的资源和一定的经济实力,最近被中央批准为开放城市,成为湖南省经济开发的“龙头”。随着这股改革开放大潮的到来,该市已建起了“湖南城陵矶经济技术开发区”,同时,又建立了“南湖中国龙舟文化开发区”、“湖滨食品工业开发区”、“岳阳楼沿湖综合开发区”三个开发小区,使市区开发总面积达50多平方公里。开发区运转是高速的,档案部门如何适应这一开放大潮,把档案工作做好,笔者最近就此问题作了一些初步的调查,也引发了一些思考。一、关于开发区档案工
Yueyang is the only port city in Hunan Province. It is located at the multiple intersections of one river (Yangtze River), four rivers (Xiang, Zi, Yuan and Huang), two lines (Jingguang Line and 107 State Line) and three provinces (Hunan, Hubei and Jiangxi) Geographical conditions, convenient transportation, abundant resources and certain economic strength have recently been approved by the central government as an open city and become the “leader” of economic development in Hunan Province. With the advent of this tide of reform and opening up, the city has set up a “Chenglingji Economic and Technological Development Zone in Hunan Province” and meanwhile established “Nanhu China Dragon Boat Culture Development Zone”, “Hubin Food Industry Development Zone” and “ Yueyang Lou Lake Comprehensive Development Zone ”three development area, so that the total urban development area of over 50 square kilometers. Development Zone is running fast, how to adapt to the archives department to open this tide, to do a good job in archives, the author recently made some preliminary investigations on this issue, but also triggered some thinking.
