情景教学法是当前英语教学中较为常见的教学方法,其主要的优势在于能够帮助学生在模拟或者真实的情境中学习到更多实践方面的知识,有助于提高学生的口语能力。警务英语实践教学以培养学生口语能力为主,要求学生在日后的公安业务工作中可以使用英语与外籍人士交流以及处理相关的公安工作。因此,教师需要从培养学生的口语能力着手,加强对学生的口语锻炼,并且加强对情境教学法的重视,以情境教学法推进教学创新和改革。本文先对情景教学法的内容及其在警务英语实践教学中的应用意义进行分析,然后就情境教学法在警务英语实践教学中的具体应用以及注意事项进行具体的研究和探讨。
Scenario teaching method is a common teaching method in current English teaching. Its main advantage is that it can help students to learn more practical knowledge in simulated or real situations and help to improve their oral ability. Policing English practice teaching to develop students’ oral ability, requiring students in the future public security work can use English to communicate with foreigners and deal with the related public security work. Therefore, teachers should start from cultivating students’ oral ability, strengthen their oral exercises, and strengthen the emphasis on situational teaching method, and promote teaching innovation and reform with situational teaching method. This article first analyzes the content of the situational teaching method and its significance in the practical teaching of police English, and then conducts a specific research and discussion on the specific application and matters needing attention of situational teaching in the teaching of police English.
