研究了从某钽铌矿重选尾矿中回收锂云母时矿浆pH值调整剂、抑制剂、捕收剂对浮选效果的影响,结果表明,pH值调整剂Na2CO3的用量为1000g/t、抑制剂水玻璃用量为1600g/t、采取阴阳离子捕收剂联合作用(阴离子捕收剂731的用量为400g/t、阳离子捕收剂十二胺用量为90g/t)条件下,浮选效果最佳。在此基础上,确定采用“一粗二精二扫”的闭路试验流程,最终获得的锂云母的精矿(Li2O)品位为4.40%,回收率64.17%。
