紧张状态使大鼠肝线粒体钙泵功能发生异常的改变。这种改变对机体有害。当在浓度为5.5~7.5×10~5ions/cm~3的空气负离子(此时臭氧浓度小于2ppb)暴露后钙泵功能会得到明显改善。空气负离子对正常鼠的肝线粒体钙泵功能则无明显影响。本实验结果提示,较长时间暴露于一定条件下的空气负离子对紧张作业人体可能产生有益的作用。
Tension caused abnormal changes in rat liver mitochondrial calcium pump function. This change is harmful to the body. When the concentration of 5.5 ~ 7.5 × 10 ~ 5ions / cm ~ 3 air anion (in this case the ozone concentration less than 2ppb) after exposure to calcium pump function will be significantly improved. Air negative ions on the normal rat liver mitochondrial calcium pump function had no significant effect. The experimental results suggest that long time exposure to certain conditions of the air negative ions may have a beneficial effect on the bodywork.
