目的:优化天山雪莲水包油型微乳处方。方法:以芦丁及绿原酸为指标,采用HPLC测定天山雪莲提取物在各溶媒中的溶解度,初步确定处方组成,绘制伪三元相图对处方进行优化,测定优化处方的黏度、平均粒径、粒径分布等理化性质。结果:Km=1∶2时,伪三元相图形成的微乳区域最大,微乳最佳处方为RH40-1,2-丙二醇-油酸的比例4∶2∶1,微乳平均粒径及黏度符合透皮微乳的要求,在高温、强光下无分层,无絮凝或药物析出。结论:天山雪莲微乳增加了天山雪莲提取物的溶解度,具有粒径小、稳定性好、黏度适宜的特点。
Objective: To optimize Tianshan Saussurea oil-in-water microemulsion prescription. Methods: Rutin and chlorogenic acid were used as indexes to determine the solubility of extracts of Tianshan snow lotus in each medium by HPLC. The composition of prescription was preliminarily determined. The pseudo-ternary phase diagram was drawn to optimize the prescription. The viscosity, Diameter, particle size distribution and other physical and chemical properties. Results: When Km = 1: 2, the area of microemulsion formed by pseudo-ternary phase diagram was the largest. The optimum formulation of microemulsion was RH40-1, the ratio of 2-propanediol-oleic acid was 4: And the viscosity in line with the requirements of transdermal microemulsion in the high temperature, no light under the stratification, no flocculation or drug precipitation. Conclusion: Tianshan lotus seed microemulsion increases the solubility of extracts of Tianshan snow lotus with the characteristics of small particle size, good stability and suitable viscosity.
