值冶金设备创刊五周年之际,中国有色金属工业总公司机动设备部和冶金工业部机械动力司于1985年11月联合发出推荐《冶金设备》杂志及建立联络员网的通知。 通知指出,《冶金设备》杂志经国家科委批准于1980年创刊,是钢铁冶金和有色金属系统在设备领域的主要刊物之一,迄今已连续出版34期及专辑6册。 通知强调指出,《冶金设备》的编辑方针是宣传党的方针政策,报道钢铁和有色金属系统中各类冶金设备有关设计、科研、制造、管理和维修方面的技术成果,交流技术
On the occasion of the fifth anniversary of the founding of Value Metallurgical Equipment, the Ministry of Machinery and Equipment of China Nonferrous Metals Industry Corporation and the Machinery Power Division of the Ministry of Metallurgical Industry jointly issued a circular on recommending “Metallurgical Equipment” and establishing a network of liaisons in November 1985. The circular pointed out that Metallurgical Equipment Magazine, first approved by the State Science and Technology Commission in 1980, was one of the major publications in the field of equipment for the ferrous metallurgy and non-ferrous metal systems. So far, 34 publications and 6 special editions have been published. The circular stressed that the editorial policy of “metallurgical equipment” is to publicize the party’s principles and policies, report on the technological achievements in the design, research, manufacture, management and maintenance of all kinds of metallurgical equipment in the iron and steel and non-ferrous metal systems, and exchange technologies
