枸椽酸氯菧酚胺(Clomiphene citrate,clomid),化学名2-[对-(2-氯-1,2-二苯基乙烯)苯氯基]三乙胺枸椽酸盐。系一非甾体激素药物,具有抗雌激素和雌激素活性,在体内有提高促进腺激素作用。临床用于治疗避孕药引起的闭经及某些妇科内分泌疾病。上海第二医学院附属第三人民医院等十余个临床单位用于治疗避孕药引起的闭经等症114例,75％恢复月经,55％测试有排卵。服用避孕药引起的闭经,据调查其发生率虽然很低,但却引起一些妇女服药的顾虑。枸椽酸氯菧酚胺的试制成功,对避孕药的推广使用具有积极意义。该药已于1976年1月通过鉴定,现准备投入生产。
