水稻生产中大米品质的好坏关系着经济效益的高低，关系着水稻发展的前景。随着人民生活水平的提高，人们对大米品质的要求越来越高，对优质大米需求量越来越大，优质大米的市场十分看好，价格较高。据资料分析，到2025年全世界对水稻的需求比目前的消费量增加 70％左右，其中主要是优质大米。由此说明，应以提高稻农收人为中心目标，抓好优质大米生产，提高大米品质，增加品牌意识，使水稻生产上一个新的台阶。
The quality of rice in rice production is related to the level of economic benefits, which is related to the prospect of rice development. With the improvement of living standards of the people, people are demanding higher and higher quality rice and the demand for high quality rice is growing. The market for high quality rice is very promising and the prices are high. According to the analysis of data, the demand for rice in the world by 2025 will increase by about 70% over the current consumption, mainly high-quality rice.
