目的:探讨声脉冲辐射力成像技术(ARFI)在评估脑梗死患者颈动脉粥样斑块稳定性中的临床价值。方法:选取在我院确诊为脑梗死伴颈动脉斑块患者41例,设为观察组,同时选取41例非脑梗死伴颈动脉斑块患者设为对照组。在常规超声检查基础上利用ARFI技术测量斑块的剪切波速度(SWV)。比较观察组与对照组的斑块发生率、构成、稳定性以及斑块剪切波速度值(SWV)。结果:观察组的斑块发生率明显大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组与对照组斑块构成无统计学差异(P>0.05);观察组与对照组的剪切波速度均值无统计学差异(P>0.05);观察组不稳定型斑块所占比例较对照组高。结论:ARFI技术可以评估颈动脉斑块的稳定性,预测脑梗死的发生
Objective: To investigate the clinical value of acoustic pulse radiation imaging (ARFI) in assessing the stability of carotid atherosclerotic plaques in patients with cerebral infarction. Methods: Forty-one patients with cerebral infarction and carotid artery plaque diagnosed in our hospital were selected as observation group and 41 non-cerebral infarction patients with carotid artery plaque were selected as control group. The ARFI technique was used to measure the shear wave velocity (SWV) of the plaque based on routine ultrasound examination. Plaque incidence, composition, stability and plaque shear wave velocity (SWV) were compared between the observation group and the control group. Results: The incidence of plaque in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the plaque composition between the observation group and the control group (P> 0.05) There was no significant difference in mean value of wave velocity (P> 0.05). The proportion of unstable plaque in observation group was higher than that in control group. Conclusion: ARFI can assess the stability of carotid plaque and predict the occurrence of cerebral infarction
