针对农村中小学阳光体育运动的真实现状,提出加大资金投入,改善体育场地设施条件;加强培训力度,抓好体育教师队伍建设;强化绩效管理,建立健全评价考核监督机制;加大宣传力度,营造体育氛围等促进西夏区农村中小学阳光体育运动可持续发展的基本对策。
