随着我国城市轨道交通规模的不断扩大,物资采购的需求越来越强烈。因此,在这样的背景下探讨城市轨道交通企业的运营物资联合采购具有十分重要的现实意义。基于此,本文首先分析了进行城市轨道交通企业运营物资联合采购措施探讨的价值,然后指出具体实施思路,最后基于供应链管理思想分析了可行的实施措施。
As the scale of urban rail transit in China continues to expand, the demand for material procurement is getting stronger and stronger. Therefore, it is of great significance to explore joint procurement of materials for the operation of urban rail transit enterprises under such a background. Based on this, this article first analyzes the value of joint procurement measures for the operation of urban rail transit enterprises operating materials, and then points out the specific implementation ideas, and finally analyzes the feasible implementation measures based on the idea of supply chain management.
