患者周某,女,61岁。因全身关节痛,服当地医生给予的中药,下午4点,全身发冷,关节更痛,便饮下1杯白酒,后又服下第1剂中药的头煎药液1小碗。40min后,自感口舌发麻,上腹灼痛,渐感加剧。其家属认为是中药中毒,即予以催吐,并送到医院,经高锰酸钾溶液洗胃,并服用生姜60g,甘草60g的水煎
Patient Zhou, female, 61 years old. Due to systemic joint pain, the Chinese medicine was given by the local doctor. At 4 o’clock in the afternoon, his body was cold and his joints were more painful. He then drank 1 cup of white wine, and later took 1 bowl of the first decoction of the first Chinese medicine. After 40 minutes, the self-induced tongue tingling, abdominal burning, increased gradually.
