目的:通过建立熟地黄和熟地炭的HPLC指纹图谱,比较熟地黄制炭前后化学成分的差异,为阐释熟地炭补血止血的炮制机制提供实验依据。方法:采用Waters高效液相色谱仪,色谱柱Waters Symmetry Shield TMRP18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.1%醋酸水为流动相,梯度洗脱,流速1.0m L/min,检测波长334nm。结果:分别建立了熟地黄和熟地炭的HPLC指纹图谱,各标定9个共有峰,相似度均>0.89。结论:运用HPLC法可对熟地黄制炭前后化学成分进行分析,实验方法准确可靠。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the chemical composition of Radix Rehmanniae Preparata by HPLC fingerprints of Rehmannia glutinosa and Rehmannia acuminata, and to provide experimental basis for elucidating the processing mechanism of Rehmannia hemostatic hemostat. Methods: Waters Symmetry Shield TMRP18 (4.6mm × 250mm, 5μm) was used as the mobile phase in gradient elution with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.1% acetic acid with a flow rate of 1.0mL / min and a detection wavelength of 334nm . Results: The HPLC fingerprints of Rehmannia glutinosa and Rehmannia acuminata were established respectively. Nine common peaks were identified with the similarity of> 0.89. Conclusion: The HPLC method can be used to analyze the chemical composition of Rehmannia glutinosa carbon before and after, the experimental method is accurate and reliable.
