目的:分析和观察中医辨证加味联合降糖药物治疗血糖控制不佳的2型糖尿病临床治疗效果。方法:将2016年1月至2017年2月我院收治的117例血糖控制不佳的2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,根据患者意愿,将其分为对照组和观察组。其中对照组58例,采用常规降糖药物治疗,观察组59例,采用中医辨证加味联合降糖药物进行治疗。观察两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果:观察组患者的血糖水平较对照组而言都有明显的改善,处于正常范围内,且,观察组患者的低血糖发生率明显低于对照组,数据差异显著,具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:中医辨证加味联合降糖药物治疗血糖控制不佳的2型糖尿病患者,能够有效调控患者的血糖水平量,减少低血糖发生率,治疗效果显著,值得临床推广应用。
Objective: To analyze and observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) combined with hypoglycemic agents in the treatment of type 2 diabetes with poorly controlled blood glucose. Methods: From January 2016 to February 2017, 117 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus with poor glycemic control admitted to our hospital were divided into control group and observation group according to patients’ wishes. The control group of 58 cases, the use of conventional antidiabetic drug treatment, the observation group of 59 cases, the use of traditional Chinese medicine plus flavors combined with hypoglycemic agents for treatment. The clinical effects of two groups were observed. Results: The blood glucose level of the observation group was significantly improved compared with that of the control group, and was within the normal range. The incidence of hypoglycemia in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, with significant difference between the two groups <0.05. Conclusion: TCM syndrome differentiation combined with hypoglycemic agents in the treatment of type 2 diabetes patients with poorly controlled blood glucose can effectively control the amount of blood glucose in patients, reduce the incidence of hypoglycemia, the treatment effect is significant, worthy of clinical promotion and application.
