运用药物治疗疾病是最为简便及有效的方法,然而在实际生活中,常常由于药品及剂量问题带来一定困扰,因此药物治疗的安全性及有效性成为药物治疗的重点。特别是针对儿科用药更是不能马虎,要求其发挥临床治疗作用的同时,尽可能的减少不良反应的发生,从而保证儿科健康安全用药。现阶段的临床治疗中抗菌类药物使用不合理、药物剂量过大、药物配伍不合理等因素是导致儿科临床用药出现不良反应的主要因素,必须要科学用药,尽可能避免药物不良反应的发生。
