目的:规范抗菌药物的使用,使其合理、有效、低成本。方法包括抗菌药物应用的基本要求;质控方法与质控标准;分线管理的原则;抗菌药物专科用药方案;预防用药方案。结果抗菌药物使用率下降了12.06%,人均抗菌药物费用减少了182元,下降了18.83%,抗菌药物费用占药品费用控制在40%以下。结论规范抗菌药物的使用是提高医疗质量,降低医疗费用的重要举措。
Objective: To standardize the use of antibacterial drugs to make them reasonable, effective and low cost. Methods include the basic requirements of the application of antimicrobial agents; quality control methods and quality control standards; the principle of sub-line management; antibacterial drug regimen; preventive drug program. Results The usage of antibacterials decreased by 12.06%, the per capita antimicrobial expenses decreased by 182 yuan, down by 18.83%, and the cost of antibacterial drugs accounted for less than 40%. Conclusion The use of antimicrobial agents is an important measure to improve the quality of medical treatment and reduce the medical expenses.
