虹膜睫状体肿瘤是一少见病,我院30多年来只见到一例。国内文献迄今有7例。本例肿瘤最大径为9 mm。张某男20岁病案号132039 于1982年3月发现右眼视物不清,随之发现右眼长一个小米粒大小黑色肿物,不痛,肿物逐渐增大。同年6月2日诊断右眼虹膜黑色素瘤,于6月12日入院。眼部检查:右眼视力0.8。虹膜颜色较左侧深,上方虹膜有一个半球形肿物,约4×3 mm,呈棕褐色,下方虹膜表面有弥漫性棕褐色色素沉着。瞳孔呈横椭圆形。晶状体前囊有少量棕褐色色素颗粒沉
Iridoid ciliary body tumors are a rare disease that has only been seen in our hospital for more than 30 years. There are 7 cases of domestic literature so far. The maximum diameter of the tumor in this case is 9 mm. The color of the iris is deeper to the left, and the upper iris has a hemispherical mass, approximately 4 x 3 mm, tan-colored, with diffuse tan pigmentation beneath the iris surface.
