依靠羊水中各种物质的生化分析判断胎儿成熟度或观察胎儿的病态与医学电子工程的应用已成为当前产科临床不可缺少的诊断手段。本文仅对羊水中遗传标识物质,特别是 ABH 血型物质的母儿依存性和胎儿血型物质发现过程、ADO 血型不合妊娠的管理、胎儿血型判定方法等予以探讨。实验材料和方法1.羊水的处理:对经腹羊膜腔穿刺或剖宫产取得的羊水,经3,000转/分离心5分钟,取上清液置-20℃保存备检。明显溷浊或混入血液者不用。
