我国“文化大革命”后期和改革开放初期,邓小平为结束社会动乱和控制各种越轨行为,对整合社会控制资源的问题进行了创造性的探索。通过完善党的领导,优化社会控制的组织资源;通过民主的法制化建设,重建社会控制的法律资源;通过形成利益机制,拓宽社会控制的经济资源;通过引导思想文化,打造社会控制的规范资源。邓小平的探索达到了实现积极的社会控制的目标。
In the late period of “Great Cultural Revolution” and in the initial stage of reform and opening up in our country, Deng Xiaoping creatively explored the issue of integrating social control resources in order to end social unrest and control various kinds of deviant behaviors. Through perfecting the Party’s leadership, optimizing organizational resources for social control; building the legal resources for social control through democratization and legalization; broadening the economic resources for social control through the formation of interest mechanisms; and creating the normative resources for social control through guiding ideology and culture . Deng Xiaoping’s exploration reached the goal of achieving positive social control.
