目的应用计算机辅助光学投射条纹测试技术(computer-aided projection fringe measurement,CAPFM)研制乳房三维形貌非接触性测量系统。方法基于CAPFM和软件编程技术研制乳房三维形貌非接触性测量仪,论述其基本结构和原理,并采用该系统测量塑料人体模特乳房三维形貌以检验其性能。结果采用该系统测量乳房具有以下优点:(1) 非接触性三维测量过程;(2) 测量速度快,采集数据仅需0.5 s,测量总耗时大约2~3 min;(3) 自动化程度高,测量过程基本由计算机软件控制;(4) 线性项目测量灵敏度达0.6 mm,体积达1 ml,完全满足临床需要;(5) 测量结果可以数值、二维图形和三维数字图像形式存储和显示,生动形象并便于后续研究。结论基于CAPFM原理研制的乳房三维形貌非接触性测量系统是先进的和值得推广的。
Objective To develop a three-dimensional breast non-contact measurement system using computer-aided projection fringe measurement (CAPFM). Methods Based on CAPFM and software programming techniques, a three-dimensional non-contact measurement instrument for breast was developed. Its basic structure and principle were discussed. The system was used to measure the three-dimensional topography of plastic mannequin in order to test its performance. Results The system has the following advantages: (1) non-contact three-dimensional measurement process; (2) fast measurement speed, acquisition data only 0.5 s, the total measurement time is about 2 ~ 3 min; (3) high degree of automation , The measurement process is basically controlled by the computer software; (4) The linear project measurement sensitivity of 0.6 mm, the volume of 1 ml, fully meet the clinical needs; (5) The measurement results can be stored and displayed in numerical, two-dimensional graphics and three- Vivid image and easy to follow-up study. Conclusion The non-contact measurement system of breast three-dimensional topography based on CAPFM principle is advanced and worth popularizing.
