中共十七届五中全会闭幕后,各省市区陆续召开党委全委会,审议本地区“十二五”规划《建议》,明确未来五年的发展定位和战略目标,对重点任务作出全面部署。其中,黑龙江是第一个审议通过“十二五”规划《建议》的省份,接着,天津市、贵州省“十二五”规划《建议》也审议通过。从本期起,我们开始将关注点转向各地“十二五”规划《建议》新的主题和主线,敬请关注。
