伴随高等职业院校教育教学改革工作的进行,很多院校进行教师培养的同时却忽略了教研室的团队建设,需要在教研室建设体制机制上进行探索。因此,建筑类高职要从教研室主任、教研室活动制度等方面进行改革,建设一支高水平、优秀的专业教学团队。
With the progress of education and teaching reform in higher vocational colleges, many colleges neglect the team construction of teaching and research department while carrying out teacher training.
