李哲,别署苦云居士,斋号乾溪草堂。1973年生,安徽利辛人。现为中国书法家协会会员,安徽省书法家协会楷书委员会委员,亳州市青年书协副主席,利辛县书协顾问,利辛县书画院院长。被中国书法家论坛、中国书法艺术网、中国书法篆刻网、中国书法名家网、中国书法家园等多家书法专业网站聘为专栏主持人,被安徽省书法家协会授予“皖军书法楷书20家”。现任利辛县政协常委,县文化体育旅游局副局长、利辛县文化事业发展中心主任。
