案例:赖云芳与一家劳务派遣中心签订书面劳动合同后,被派遣到一家公司(用工单位)工作。一个月前,公司因为经营方向调整,撤销了其所在的部门及岗位,并将赖云芳退回到了劳务派遣中心。而劳务派遣中心近日以无能力推荐合适工作为由,解除了与赖云芳尚有2年到期的劳动合同。虽然赖云芳一再提出异议,但劳务派遣中心就是固执己见,拒绝撤销解除劳动合同的决定。评析:劳务派遣中心的做法是错误
Case: Lai Yunfang and a labor dispatch center signed a written labor contract, was sent to a company (labor unit) work.
