目的:观察结石康胶囊在体外碎石术后应用的疗效。方法:分析自2010年8月至2013年10月期间应用结石康胶囊经体外震波碎石术(术前解痉止痛,术后抗感染)150例的临床效果。结果:结石康胶囊治疗输尿管结石150例中,痊愈125例,占83%;好转15例,占10%;未愈10例,占7%;总有效率为93%。结论:结石康胶囊治疗各年龄期输尿管结石有明显疗效。
Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of Jieshikang capsule after gravel surgery. Methods: Clinical data of 150 cases treated with extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy (preoperative antispasmodic analgesia and postoperative anti-infection) were analyzed from August 2010 to October 2013. Results: Among the 150 cases of ureteral calculi treated by JISHIKANG capsule, 125 cases were cured, accounting for 83%; 15 cases were improved, accounting for 10%; 10 cases were unhealed, accounting for 7%; the total effective rate was 93%. Conclusion: Jinshikang capsule has obvious effect in treating ureteral calculi in all ages.
