考察高中教育目标的政策表述与学校选择之间的关联性。研究发现:学校制定自身的教育目标时主要从两条路径出发,一是分析与解读相关教育政策的表述;二是学校领导者自身关于普通高中教育功能与意义的认识。高中教育目标的政策表述与学校选择的侧重点不同,政策表述比较宏观、全面和概括,关键素质要求也与时俱进;学校则突出强调培育学生健全人格、道德品格与独立精神的重要性。
The relevance between the policy statement of examining the goals of high school education and school choice. The study found that when setting their own educational goals, the schools set out mainly from two paths: one is to analyze and interpret the relevant educational policies; the other is the school leaders’ own understanding of the function and significance of ordinary senior secondary education. The policy formulation of high school education objectives is different from that of school selection. The policy formulation is relatively macroscopic, comprehensive and general, and the key qualifications are also advancing with the times. The school emphasizes the importance of nurturing students’ healthy personality, moral character and independence.
