本文通过在计生管理和服务工作中立足落实目标责任，强化宣传教育，以满足职工需求为目标，创新实施了计生管理工作的方式方法，丰富了计生活动的各种载体，优化了计生工作日常管理机制，达到满足职工需求的目标，实现了由“管理一代人为主”向“服务三代人”方向的转变。进一步提升了计生服务质量和水平。
