班主任是一个班级的灵魂,是一个班级的领导者、组织者、规划者。而班主任的工作是影响班级工作效率的关键因素,并对小学生的性格、能力、素质等产生非常重要的影响。因而,一个团结和睦、积极向上的班集体是离不开班主任的科学管理的。小学生上学期间,大部分时间是与老师相处在一起,作为班主任有责任培养学生的自理能力,为学生终身发展提供必要的生活技能。
Class teacher is the soul of a class, is a class leader, organizer, planner. The class teacher’s work is a key factor that affects class work efficiency, and has a very important impact on pupils’ personality, ability and quality. Therefore, a class unity, harmony and positive class can not be separated from the scientific management of the class teacher. Primary school students go to school, most of the time is to get along with the teacher, as a class teacher has the responsibility to cultivate students’ self-care ability, life-long development for students to provide the necessary life skills.
