如果说,文化是人类在社会历史发展过程中所创造的物质文化和精神财富的总和。那么,班级文化可据此定义为学生在班级长期的学习生活中所形成的物质文化和精神文化的总和。它具有无形的教育功能、激励功能、自我调节、自我约束的功能,这些功能一旦形成就会产生巨大的力量,就会加速班级的快速发展。加强班级文化建设,努力营造积极、健康向上的班级文化氛围,已成为我们提高班级管理水平和促进学生发展的一个重要举措。
If we say that culture is the sum of material culture and spiritual wealth created by mankind in the course of social and historical development. Then, the class culture can be defined as the sum of material culture and spiritual culture formed by the students in the class long-term study and life. It has invisible educational functions, motivational functions, self-regulating and self-restraining functions. Once these functions are formed, they will exert tremendous power and will accelerate the rapid development of classes. Strengthening class culture and working hard to create a positive and healthy class culture has become an important measure for us to improve class management and promote student development.
